A solid stay
convenient location helpful staff missing fridge late breakfast
The location is convenient to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
The room lacked a mini fridge. It is only available upon request. It was listed as 7:00 AM but actually began at 8:00 AM at the hotel.

thoughtful interaction neighborhood tips average cleanliness dated room
i found the front-desk team helpful. they had my room ready early. every interaction i had was thoughtful. staff answered questions quickly. i also received neighborhood tips from them.
My room was dated. housekeeping and cleanliness were below average. the drawers had some debris. the carpet should be replaced. It also had debris on it.

convenient location, good service
convenient location helpful staff excellent recommendation
the location was very convenient. the staff was also helpful. i was given a bottle of wine upon check-in with food and beverage credit. shaunda and spiro gave excellent recommendations.
i was disappointed that rooms are not cleaned daily unless requested. i would have liked to know this beforehand.

the room had a cafe table that was useful for working. the cleaning staff provided extra coffee. i had a great view of the river from my room (i really liked that!).

there is a fitness center on the hotel. you can get coffee or tea each morning in the lobby. there are comfortable chairs near a fireplace in the common room, and there is a rooftop deck that is beautiful.
